What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and provide information to the website owners. Cookies enhance your browsing experience by allowing the website to remember your preferences and understand how you use the site.

How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

Scalably uses optional measurement for two purposes: understanding which public pages help visitors, and determining whether advertising produces a real inquiry. We do not send names, email addresses, company names, domains, messages, or other form contents to analytics.

Optional storage is denied by default. The site uses basic Google Consent Mode v2: neither the Google network tag nor Microsoft Clarity is loaded until the relevant effective consent is granted. You may accept analytics and advertising measurement, analytics only, or reject non-essential storage.

We also keep anonymous, aggregate counts of how far visitors get through the AI agent blueprint tool: which question they reached, whether the blueprint was built, which download was used, and which kind of site sent them there. These counts can't be tied to your device, your visit or your identity, and they use no cookies or local storage, so they run whatever your cookie choice is.

In the same way we count page views across the site: which section was viewed (for example the blog or research), which kind of site sent the visitor (for example search, social media or direct) and whether the visit came from an ad. No address, identifier or page URL is recorded, nothing is stored on your device, and the counts can't be tied to you, so they also run whatever your cookie choice is.

Types of Storage and Measurement

Essential local storage

The site stores your privacy choice under scalably_consent_v1 so it can apply the same choice on later pages. This value contains only the consent version, analytics and advertising choices, and the time of the update.

Analytics

When permitted, Google Analytics measures page use and provisional form-response signals, and Microsoft Clarity provides aggregated interaction and session diagnostics. When optional storage is denied, these provider tags are not loaded.

Advertising measurement

When permitted, advertising providers may use consented campaign identifiers to attribute visits. With analytics consent, the form also carries Google Analytics' pseudonymous client and session identifiers so Netlify can attach the server-verified lead to the same analytics session. A form attempt receives a random reconciliation identifier that is retained across failed retries. Browser success is provisional; only Netlify's verified submission lifecycle creates the authoritative lead event. Form contents are not included in analytics events.

Specific Technologies

• Google tag and Google Analytics: measurement ID G-29SH5JH2DG, operated with Consent Mode v2. Google may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* only when the relevant storage is granted. A production-only server secret sends the PII-free generate_lead event after Netlify verifies the submission.
• Microsoft Clarity: project xckyjyuywo, operated with Consent API v2. Clarity may set cookies such as _clck and _clsk only when the relevant storage is granted.
• Netlify Forms: receives the form fields that you intentionally submit. A random submission_id, page path, effective consent flags and consented pseudonymous analytics identifiers are added for destination reconciliation. A verified-submission function stores only a PII-free event record; Netlify form data is not an analytics cookie.

Managing Your Choice

Use the Privacy choices link in the footer of every measured public page to review or change your selection. Rejecting optional storage does not block the site or its forms. You can also clear site data through your browser settings.

When consent is revoked, the site immediately sends denied consent states to Google, clears the first-party attribution record, and instructs Clarity to erase existing cookies if Clarity had previously loaded.

Browser Privacy Signals

On first load, optional storage is denied. If the browser exposes Global Privacy Control or an enabled Do Not Track signal, the measurement layer keeps analytics and advertising storage denied even when an older stored choice says otherwise.

Changes to This Cookie Policy

We update this page when the deployed measurement providers, consent behavior, or form reconciliation path changes. The public site, versioned website snapshot, and measurement audit are checked together before deployment.
